Roslyn O’Reilly

Roslyn O'Reilly, Director at McCabe Partners, has a wide-ranging legal practice that encompasses compensation law, property, wills and estates, family law, and general litigation. Early in her career, Roslyn honed her skills in the Legal Department of GIO, focusing on motor vehicle injury compensation claims and progressing to a management position. In 1991, she took a step back from full-time employment to start a family, simultaneously establishing a home-based conveyancing and wills practice. In 1999, Roslyn joined McCabe Partners to manage property, estates, and litigation matters in their Sydney office. Her career further developed through a three-year tenure at a medium-sized city practice, where she gained valuable experience in litigation involving wills and estates, including cases with the NSW Trustee & Guardian. Returning to McCabe Partners in 2010, Roslyn's practice expanded to include family law, where she now possesses extensive experience in contested property and parenting matters.
