Marcus Johnson is a seasoned property lawyer serving the Brisbane area, boasting over thirty years in the industry. Founded in 2014, Marcus Johnson Legal is the result of Marcus's extensive career, which includes his role as principal at Russell Hanley & Johnson Lawyers, later evolving into F.G. Forde, Knapp & Johnson. Marcus’s legal career is enriched by his prior two-decade experience as a qualified property valuer, providing him with a unique ability to understand commercial property processes and land valuation from both legal and valuation perspectives. His expertise extends to lecturing in property valuation and serving as an independently appointed investigator for the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland, handling complaints against property valuers. Additionally, his role as an independent arbitrator for the Australian Property Institute in commercial lease disputes showcases his adeptness in resolving complex issues.
