Katharine Hardman

Katharine Hardman is a dedicated Senior Associate at Marc Hardman & Associates, bringing both depth and experience gained from a solid legal career. Starting her journey at the firm as a teenager, Katharine has long been immersed in the world of law, gradually progressing from a casual legal assistant to her current senior position. After completing a Bachelor of Communication in Journalism and Media in 2012, Katharine pursued a Juris Doctor degree at the University of New South Wales. She further honed her legal skills by earning a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law and was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2016. Katharine plays a pivotal role in managing the firm's property development team, adeptly handling everything from document preparation to settlement. Her expertise extends seamlessly from assisting first home buyers to guiding seasoned investors and supporting clients entering aged care and retirement villages. Her empathetic approach to estate planning and administration demonstrates her commitment to compassionate client service. Having completed the Legal Practice Management Course, Katharine is also qualified to practice as a Principal. Outside the legal arena, Katharine enjoys long coastal walks, skiing, and indulging in winery tours, while devoting her leisure time to family, especially her two nieces.
