Katrina Raymond

Katrina Raymond is the Principal of KR Legal and brings over 25 years of extensive experience in legal practice, focusing primarily on workplace law. Her role as a seasoned mediator, accredited since 2007, complements her expertise in this area. Katrina's approach is characterised by a pragmatic, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset, which is highly valued by both clients and fellow practitioners. Her education includes a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University in Clayton, Victoria. Katrina is also actively involved with professional organisations, including the Australian Human Resource Institute, the Australasian Association of Workplace Investigators, and the Law Institute of Victoria. Since 2007, she has been leading KR Legal, guiding clients through the complexities of workplace legal matters with a focus on effective resolution and collaboration.
