His path led him to become a partner at Mallesons in 1974 before founding James Higgins & Co in 1998. Although retired from full-time practice in 2018, James continues to offer his expertise as a consultant. Leading the firm today is Sasha Bennetts, James' daughter, whose 20-plus years of experience in succession and property law ensures our clients benefit from deep insight and proficient guidance.
