Megan Dyball

Megan Dyball is a distinguished Partner with over 25 years of experience in corporate and commercial law. She has a comprehensive background in the commercialisation of intellectual property, corporate structuring, and protection strategies. Her practice encompasses private equity, mergers and acquisitions, as well as information technology and general corporate law. Megan is adept at drafting and negotiating complex intellectual property licences and commercialisation agreements, particularly within the technology sector. She is highly skilled in guiding angel and private equity investments in start-ups and early-stage companies, including crafting subscription agreements, shareholders agreements, and employee share plans. Megan is an active associate of the Rights House angel investment group in Newcastle and contributes her expertise to Head over Heels, supporting women-owned businesses. Her commitment extends to the Executive Committee of the Women Lawyers Association of NSW. Prior to her role at Inside Eagles, Megan was a Legal Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers and held an Executive Lawyer position at Bartier Perry Solicitors.
