Bianca Failla is the Principal Lawyer and Founder of Human Rights & Disability Law Partners, known nationally for her expertise in human rights and disability law. With over a decade of post-admission experience, Bianca has built a career advocating for justice, inclusion, and systemic reform. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science, Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and a Master of Human Rights Law with Honours, alongside a United Nations Diploma, underscoring her commitment to international human rights advocacy. Throughout her career, Bianca has held influential roles, such as National Vice President of the United Nations Association of Australia’s Young Professionals Network and member of Amnesty International’s Activism Leadership Committee. Her leadership extends to positions like Associate Director of Civil and Climate Action and Deputy Managing Lawyer, with significant contributions to leading human rights organisations in Australia. Bianca also serves on the Victorian Disability Advisory Council, providing strategic advice to the Minister for Disability. She actively participates in the Law Institute of Victoria’s Disability Law Committee, showcasing her dedication to improving the inclusion and participation of people with disabilities.
