Megan Flower is a Senior Associate at HLS Legal, renowned for her adept handling of complex matters in employment law and industrial relations. With extensive experience, she offers clients practical advice on prevention, preparation, resolution, and response to various claims. Her expertise encompasses human resources assistance, drafting contracts and workplace policies, managing unfair dismissal claims, and tackling a wide range of discrimination issues. Since joining HLS Legal as a law graduate in April 2018, Megan progressed to the role of Solicitor, then Associate, before assuming her current position as Senior Associate in May 2023.
