Josie Sacino

Josie is the Legal Practice Director with extensive experience in family and property law. Since her admission to practise in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in February 2003, she has developed a strong reputation for managing a high volume of client matters efficiently and effectively. Josie often handles complex matrimonial and de facto property disputes, as well as child-related issues. While she aims to resolve most matters through negotiated settlements, she is well-prepared to represent clients at trial in the Family Court of Western Australia when required. Her approach focuses on achieving timely and cost-effective outcomes tailored to each client’s circumstances. In addition to family law, Josie has considerable expertise in property transactions. She provides detailed advice and assistance with contracts of sale and purchase, easements, covenants, and other documents involved in land dealings. Her experience also extends to contractual disputes related to property. Josie’s commitment to her clients is matched by a strong work ethic, often working late to ensure matters progress smoothly. Beyond the office, she enjoys challenging herself with cryptic crosswords, gardening, and exploring thought-provoking topics, while appreciating the occasional glass of red wine for its health benefits. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia.
