Alon Januszewicz

Alon Januszewicz is a seasoned Legal Counsel at Health Legal, renowned for delivering practical and reliable legal guidance. Holding a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, along with a Master of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Alon is well-equipped to handle complex legal issues within the health sector. He is adept at advising health care clients on statutory and contractual compliance, risk management, and commercial agreements. His extensive expertise includes drafting IT contracts, tendering and procurement agreements, and providing insight on government funding contracts. Alon is skilled in resolving disputes, advising statutory authorities on privacy and record-keeping, and managing governance issues, such as conflicts of interest and delegated authority decisions.
