Her practice is deeply embedded in managing business disputes, corporate and personal insolvency matters, and the intricacies of corporate strategy such as restructuring, refinancing, and debt consolidation. She adeptly navigates shareholder oppression cases and the just and equitable winding-ups, as well as disputes concerning trustees, insolvent trustees, and rights of indemnity.
