Michelle Gibson

Michelle Gibson is an accomplished licensed conveyancer with extensive experience in conveyancing and property law. Serving as a justice of the peace since 1989, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge from her 30-plus years working in various legal settings across the Northern Beaches and Sydney CBD. Her journey began with an Advanced Secretarial Course at Seaforth TAFE, leading to roles as a legal secretary and paralegal. In 2005, after completing her Diploma in Conveyancing Law & Practice at Macquarie University, Michelle became a licensed conveyancer. She has successfully managed her own conveyancing practice and now proudly serves at Hamer & Hamer Balgowlah. Michelle excels in handling all types of property transactions, including torrens title and strata residential sales and purchases, off-the-plan arrangements, retirement village dealings, strata subdivisions, and mortgages. Her expertise also extends to probate matters and the administration of deceased estates. Her focus is on providing clients with comprehensive, practical advice and ensuring transparent, friendly communication through each stage of their transaction. Michelle's ability to resolve complex and contentious matters is enhanced by her collaboration with Murray Hamer, the firm's principal, ensuring clients receive cost-effective solutions.
