Luke Forsyth

Luke Forsyth serves as Principal in Hall Payne's Sydney office, where he diligently contributes to the industrial relations and employment law teams. Acknowledged since 2014 as one of Australia's foremost employment lawyers by peers in Doyle's Guide, Luke brings an impressive 24 years of experience to his practice. His journey with Hall Payne began in 2001, after which he expanded his expertise as Senior Legal Officer at the Queensland Nurses and Midwives Union in 2008. Rejoining Hall Payne in 2012, he was subsequently appointed as Principal. Luke's client base is vast, representing senior executives from listed corporations and various unions and their members nationwide. Known for his commercial insight, he is frequently sought after for employment disputes, focusing on timely and confidential resolutions. Luke ensures his clients receive fair compensation while safeguarding their future career prospects and reputations. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Queensland.
