Darren Greenham

Darren Greenham is the esteemed founder and Principal of our firm, holding an Honours degree in Law from the University of Western Australia, graduating in 1993. With his admission as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1995 and later in New South Wales in 1996, Darren has built a distinguished career spanning 30 years across Sydney and Perth. Darren has held prominent roles at prominent law firms such as Blake Dawson Waldron and Freehills, now known as Ashursts and Herbert Smith Freehills, respectively. His experience extends to notable tenures at PwC Legal and various boutique firms. His in-house experience includes significant positions with Asgard Capital Management and St George Bank, alongside collaboration with every major Australian bank except ANZ, and several international banking institutions. Primarily focusing on corporate and financial services law, Darren continues to provide expertise to major banks and corporations while also dedicating his acumen to small and medium-sized enterprises and innovative startups. As the Director of Greenham Legal since 2017, he remains at the forefront of the legal field, shaping the firm's trajectory with his extensive knowledge and strategic insight. Darren's academic journey reflects his commitment to excellence, having pursued legal studies at the University of Western Australia and later enhancing his linguistic capabilities with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Chinese language.
