Josh Fox is the Sole Director and Solicitor at Foxlaw, where he combines a sharp intellect with genuine empathy to provide outstanding legal advice and services. Since establishing the firm in 2013, Josh has been committed to navigating complex legal issues with clarity and dedication, earning the trust and respect of his clients. Josh’s academic foundation was laid at the University of Queensland, where he completed dual degrees in law and commerce. He further enriched his legal education through international study experiences at the University of British Columbia and the University of Nottingham, culminating in a Master of Laws degree. Prior to founding Foxlaw, Josh honed his legal skills during a four-and-a-half-year tenure at Rees R & Sydney Jones Solicitors. His career is marked by a strong focus on delivering client-centred solutions, particularly in succession law, commercial property, and residential property. Josh’s connection with clients extends beyond his Brisbane head office, as he regularly travels to Rockhampton to maintain close client relationships. Outside of law, Josh’s adventurous spirit has taken him to challenging heights, including treks to Everest Base Camp and Mount Kilimanjaro. This personal tenacity translates into his professional life, where his ongoing commitment to learning and problem-solving supports his role as a reliable and effective legal advisor.
