Nicola Jansen

Nicola Jansen brings extensive experience across all areas of family law, including property settlements involving diverse entity structures, complex parenting matters, divorces—even those complicated by one party being overseas or unaccounted for—as well as issues relating to superannuation and child support agreements. She has contributed to the profession through a number of papers addressing a range of family law topics, notably the role of third parties in complex financial settlement disputes. Nicola currently serves as the President of the Family Law Practitioners' Association of Western Australia, where she plays a leading role in shaping the practice and development of family law within the state.
