Qingqing Hu serves as the Principal Lawyer at Fama Legal, where she leverages her extensive expertise in areas such as SMSF, trusts, succession, property, commercial risk, and select cross-border issues. Her practice is deeply rooted in the interplay between local legal frameworks and cross-border considerations, with a particular interest in crafting common law solutions applicable to East Asian families and entrepreneurs. Qingqing focuses on matters of succession, wealth structuring, governance, risk management, and dispute prevention. She is committed to ensuring that legal documents, ownership structures, and family expectations align seamlessly with commercial realities, family dynamics, and long-term goals. Qingqing's current work involves thorough reviews of SMSF deeds, family trust control and succession, as well as alignment in wills and estate planning. Her career includes roles as a Principal Solicitor at Fama Legal and as a Solicitor at ANZ International. Qingqing's earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director at Neosky Pty Ltd, where she specialised in international business advisory. Additionally, she co-founded Pilotrade International Ltd in China, enhancing its position in the branded products industry. Her entrepreneurial spirit further extends to establishing Neosky Accounting Service Ltd, a well-regarded bookkeeping and tax services company in Hefei, China. Qingqing holds a Master of Laws from the College of Law Australia, having also completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the same institution.
