Graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws in 1996, he was admitted to practice in the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 1998. In 2011, he achieved specialist accreditation in Family Law from the Law Institute of Victoria, underscoring his deep knowledge and proficiency in the area. Before co-founding Fair Family Law with Rebecca Thompson in January 2019, Gordon was a prominent figure at Carew Counsel, serving as a senior associate for over a decade. His professional journey has included roles in various city and suburban firms, contributing to his diverse and comprehensive legal perspective. Currently a partner at Fair Family Law, Gordon brings extensive experience in navigating complex property and parenting matters.
