Naysan Mortazavi

Naysan Mortazavi serves as the Principal at Skills for Equitable Law, where he demonstrates expertise in both Criminal and Civil Law. Since March 2019, he has been a Barrister and Solicitor at Equitable Law, consistently showcasing adaptability and a strong command over various legal skills. His legal journey includes a formative period at Old Port Chambers, where he served first as a Barrister and Solicitor, and earlier as a Law Clerk. These roles honed his organisational skills and provided a solid foundation in criminal law practice. Before fully dedicating himself to the legal field, Naysan was self-employed for several years, further enhancing his organisational and management skills. His diverse professional background is complemented by his early career experiences, including roles in sales and finance, which have contributed to his strong client service approach. Naysan holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice from Flinders University, where he also earned a Bachelor of Behavioural Sciences in Psychology, equipping him with a keen understanding of human behaviour beneficial in legal practice.
