Rebecca Flick is a seasoned Legal Practitioner Director and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with a legal career spanning over two decades. Having been admitted to practice in February 2004, Rebecca's experience is deeply rooted in both family and criminal law. Before her admission, she was actively engaged in the legal field, honing her skills and building a robust foundation for her practice. Rebecca is known for her kind and approachable demeanour, paired with a no-nonsense approach in advocating for her clients. Her extensive experience encompasses a multitude of legal matters, having appeared before various courts, including the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and several New South Wales State Courts. Her expertise is not limited to family and criminal law; she is well-versed in property acquisitions, conveyancing, wills, powers of attorney, probate, family provisions, liquor licensing, and environmental and planning law. Rebecca's career trajectory includes her role as Principal Solicitor at Emery Partners since 2015, where she predominantly handles family law and criminal law cases. Prior to this, she was a Senior Lawyer at Turnbull Hill Lawyers and an Associate at Mallik Rees Lawyers. Her early career at Paul Grant & Associates reinforced her focus on criminal and family law. Outside her legal practice, Rebecca is deeply involved in her community, often giving talks on family law and volunteering her time to local groups and schools.
