Roxie Adam

Roxie Adam brings over seven years of experience in commercial and corporate law, with a focus on software and technology businesses. She has extensive expertise in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts tailored to software solutions, as well as managing private mergers and acquisitions and capital raising activities. Roxie also supports businesses with their corporate compliance needs and has acted as company secretary for a range of Australian companies, including a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from La Trobe University and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. Outside of work, Roxie enjoys attending live music events, playing netball, and following her favourite AFL team, the Hawthorn Hawks.
