Taylah Desira

Taylah Desira, a committed and insightful lawyer, was admitted to practice in October 2024 after obtaining her Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. With a keen ability to listen and provide comprehensive advice, Taylah has earned respect for her drafting skills, receiving positive feedback from judicial officers. Currently a lawyer at Ebejer & Associates Lawyers Pty Ltd, Taylah has been with the firm since November 2024, following her role as a paralegal. Her work encompasses a range of services, including property settlements, parenting, divorce, maintenance, binding financial agreements, wills, powers of attorney, and medical decision making. Her prior experiences include a valuable stint as an administrative assistant at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria, and a clinical placement at South-East Monash Legal Service, where she supported victim-survivors through the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal process. Furthermore, Taylah's in-house placement at Monash Law Clinics under the Lawyer-Assisted Family Dispute Resolution Program enhanced her proficiency in resolving parenting matters and providing tailored advice on family law.
