Paul Evans is a highly esteemed Partner with over 25 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution, as well as restructuring, turnaround, and insolvency. Known for his mission to mitigate client risk, Paul brings a wealth of expertise to forensic and insolvency matters, consistently delivering focused solutions. His extensive background is supported by an MBA, a Master of Laws, and specialist accreditation in commercial litigation. As a Fellow of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association, Paul is deeply involved in advancing the field of insolvency. He has acted in an array of corporate and personal insolvency matters, handled forensic and investment investigations, and engaged in cross-boundary disputes. His practice also includes advising on issues related to misuse of confidential information, breaches of director duties, and competition law matters, frequently working with high wealth individuals and their enterprises. Paul is committed to pro bono and community work, having presented at numerous conferences and contributed to ARITA training sessions. His leadership roles in various community and commercial boards highlight his dedication to service. Past roles include chairing the Discipline and Review Committee of Football Queensland Limited and serving on the Commonwealth/State government advisory board for the Queensland Blind Workshop.
