Her comprehensive expertise encompasses the leasing of office buildings, shopping centres, industrial estates, ground leases, and petrol stations. Colleen expertly handles the preparation and negotiation of a myriad of ancillary documents, including incentive agreements, licences, and guarantees. Her legal acumen extends to the sale and acquisition of domestic, commercial, and industrial properties, where she has played a pivotal role in due diligence projects. Noteworthy engagements include acting for major banks on mortgagee sales and the sale and leaseback of premises, alongside representing financial institutions in the commercial office leasing sector. Her proficiency is further highlighted by her work for a leading retailer on agreements for the lease and development of petrol stations, as well as facilitating agreements for the lease of office spaces in the Sydney CBD.
