Erica Panagakos

Erica Panagakos is the Director at Clark Panagakos Family Law, a position she has held since April 2023. A graduate with honours from the University of Adelaide in 2010, Erica was admitted to practice in 2011. She began her legal journey in general practice at a respected Adelaide firm, gaining broad experience before dedicating her career to family law in 2014. Erica is known for her passionate advocacy, providing practical and cost-effective legal advice while promoting sensible dispute resolution. Her credentials include training in Collaborative Practice and national accreditation as a mediator. Her dedication to her field has been recognised by her inclusion in The Advertiser’s list of Adelaide’s top family and divorce lawyers in 2023 and as one of the 24 South Australians to watch in 2024. Her professional experience includes key roles at Belperio Clark Family, Wills & Business Lawyers, where she served as Director, Senior Associate, and Associate Solicitor over nearly eight years. Prior to this, she honed her skills as an Associate Solicitor at Grope Hamilton Lawyers and spent several years as a Solicitor at Johnston Withers. Erica is fluent in Italian, attributing her strong work ethic and positive attitude to the values instilled by her immigrant grandparents. Outside of her legal practice, Erica enjoys cooking, sport, reading, hiking, and spending time with family.
