Scott Chambers

Scott Chambers serves as a Partner at Chambers Russell Lawyers, where he focuses on commercial litigation. With extensive experience across all major jurisdictions in New South Wales, Scott has effectively represented individuals, large corporations, and the New South Wales Government in the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, District Court, Local Court, and the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Renowned for his skilled negotiation and litigation abilities, Scott handles everything from multi-million dollar construction disputes and urgent interlocutory relief applications to local court debt recovery, tribunal claims, and strata disputes. Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney, followed by a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University. Beyond his practice, he is dedicated to sharing his knowledge by presenting seminars to stakeholders in the property and construction industries and frequently contributes articles to major publications, including the Law Society Journal of the Law Society of New South Wales.
