Klaudija Tsin serves as the Legal Practice Director with over two decades of experience in delivering high-quality legal services. Her dedication to client satisfaction is evident in the long-standing relationships she has maintained, with many clients relying on her expertise for more than 20 years. Fluent in Croatian, Klaudija has a diverse legal practice, assisting clients with property transactions, including residential, industrial, and commercial, for both buyers and sellers. Her expertise extends to commercial law, handling the sales and purchases of businesses, and drafting various commercial agreements. She also provides services in wills and estates, drafting wills, powers of attorney, and testamentary trusts for individuals and couples. Klaudija is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. She founded Centric Mediation, focusing on alternative dispute resolution and family mediation, bringing her skills to assist in peaceful and efficient resolutions. With an active role as a board member of The Big OC Foundation, Klaudija contributes to mental health support and awareness initiatives, demonstrating her commitment to community welfare. As the Managing Director of Centric Law, formerly KT Lawyers, she has successfully rebranded and expanded her legal practice, enhancing its reputation through active, professional service. Klaudija's legal journey began at Active Lawyers & Consultants, where she honed her expertise in commercial, wills and estates, family, criminal, and corporate law. Her ability to build strong client relationships has been instrumental in attracting repeat business and referrals. Klaudija pursued her Bachelor of Laws at Queensland University of Technology, with further studies in practice management and commercial mediation. Her commitment to education is paralleled by a Bachelor of Education, underscoring her capability in training and mentoring within her professional sphere.
