Peter Allen

Peter Allen serves as a Consultant with the firm, bringing over 30 years of rich legal experience in Queensland to his role. Graduating with a Bachelor of Laws with honours from the University of Queensland, Peter has excelled in both barrister and solicitor capacities. Coming from a lineage deeply rooted in the legal profession, Peter's grandfather was a magistrate, his great-uncle a barrister, and his father, uncle, and brother all practised as solicitors. This heritage has undoubtedly shaped his accomplished career. Peter is also a published legal author and dedicated two decades to editing the authorised reports of the decisions of the Supreme Court of Queensland, showcasing his commitment to the legal documentation of the state. His expertise spans a wide spectrum of civil law, with a particular interest in commercial and property law. In his advisory role at the firm, Peter contributes significantly to litigation processes and offers valuable drafting and advisory services. Beyond his legal engagements, Peter is passionate about history, politics, economics, and sport, and he makes it a priority to stay fit and active.
