Dushan Nikolic serves as a Partner at Carina Ford Immigration Lawyers, where he leverages extensive experience in immigration law to provide comprehensive legal advice. With a distinguished career spanning over a decade, Dushan has developed a robust expertise in handling visa applications across all subclasses at the primary stage. He is well-versed in conducting representation at various judicial and appeals bodies, including the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Federal Courts. Before joining Carina Ford, Dushan accumulated valuable experience in the Commonwealth and State public sectors, particularly as a Policy and Case Officer with the Migration and Refugee Review Tribunals.
