Katie Constantinides

Katie Constantinides is a Senior Associate at Bellman Lawyers, where she specialises in property, construction, and estates law. She joined the firm in 2018, bringing a wealth of experience from her extensive background in law and business. Katie graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Charles Darwin University and was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2015. Before embarking on her legal career, she amassed over 20 years of experience in various Adelaide-based law firms as a paralegal and registered conveyancer. Her roles covered commercial litigation, insolvency, debt recovery, and family law matters. In her current role, Katie has been involved in numerous building and construction projects both in Australia and internationally. Her expertise includes drafting major infrastructure work contracts and managing document control for effective contract administration, leasing, and joint ventures. Her approach is underpinned by a commitment to achieving excellent client outcomes while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Katie’s linguistic skills in English and Greek enhance her ability to serve a diverse clientele. She is an active member of the Law Society of South Australia and the Australian Institute of Conveyancers. Additionally, she contributes to the community as legal counsel and Board member for Coast-FM, a community radio station.
