Andrew Baxter

Andrew Baxter serves as a dedicated solicitor at Baxters Solicitors with admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Since beginning his career at the firm in 1998, Andrew has ascended to the role of partner, solidifying his reputation in January 2016. His vast expertise encompasses complex commercial property transactions, intricate property development tasks, and the intricacies of both commercial and retail leasing. His acumen extends to business acquisitions, including franchise structures, and a broad spectrum of litigation across all Queensland courts. Andrew is also proficient in will drafting, deceased estate administration, and addressing property-related family law issues. His skill in general commercial dispute resolution is well recognised. Throughout his more than 15 years of practice, Andrew has consistently guided clients towards successful outcomes with efficiency and effectiveness. Residing in Burleigh Heads since 1980, Andrew is deeply integrated into his local community. His contributions include leadership roles within the Burleigh Heads Chamber of Commerce, volunteering at the Gold Coast Community Legal Advice Centre Inc, and engaging in community and arts programmes. Outside his legal pursuits, Andrew enjoys music and shares his life in Burleigh Heads with his family.
