James Bartley

James Bartley serves as Director with a wealth of experience rooted in his admission to the NSW Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia in 2011 following his academic journey at the University of New England. Commencing his legal career in regional NSW, he quickly transitioned to Newcastle in 2012. Renowned for his extensive experience in personal injury claims and litigation, James has represented a diverse client base across NSW. His practice involves regular appearances in State and Federal Courts and Tribunals, particularly excelling in handling personal injury matters such as Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Public Liability, Medical Negligence, and Superannuation claims related to Total and Permanent Disablement. James is adept in managing complex personal injury claims that involve catastrophic workplace and motor vehicle accidents, as well as intricate psychological injuries including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
