Danielle Edwards

Danielle Edwards is a Senior Associate at Bailiwick Legal, having joined the firm in 2019. Admitted to practise as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and later in the High Court of Australia, Danielle has established herself as a knowledgeable presence in the legal community. Her career began in a boutique law firm where she honed her skills in civil litigation and criminal law before transitioning to her current focus areas of agribusiness and rural law, tourism law, general commercial law, and wills and estate planning. Danielle's legal acumen is demonstrated through her appearances in various Magistrates Courts, the District Court, Supreme Court, and the State Administrative Tribunal. Her approach is characterised by delivering considerate and practical solutions tailored to her clients' needs. Growing up in the country town of Cunderdin, Danielle maintains strong ties to regional Western Australia, spending her time between Beverley, where she resides on her husband’s family farm, and the head office in West Perth. She actively participates in Bailiwick Legal’s Regional Legal Hot Desk and engages in various events throughout WA. Danielle's legal journey is supported by her educational background, having obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University followed by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia. Her progression within Bailiwick Legal from Lawyer to Senior Associate underscores her dedication and expertise in the field.
