She embarked on her legal journey in 2010, driven by a natural aptitude for argument and a desire to make a positive impact through law. Her early career was marked by her work in Family Law and Care and Protection, where she honed essential skills in negotiation, empathy, and active listening. Recognising the importance of continuous development, Natasha pursued a Master’s in Family Law in 2016, further enhancing her expertise. Her interest in providing alternatives to traditional court proceedings led her to complete training in Mediation and Family Dispute Resolution in 2017.
