Patricia Magnaye

Patricia is a skilled lawyer within our Commercial Litigation team, admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia since 2016. She joined Ascot Solicitors in 2017 and has since become an integral part of the firm’s litigation practice. Patricia’s practice focuses exclusively on commercial litigation, covering a broad spectrum of matters including contractual disputes and resolution, building and construction, debt recovery, corporate and personal insolvency, employment law, general insurance litigation, business advice, and property law-related issues. She has a particular interest in complex property and contractual disputes, alternative dispute resolution, advocacy, and providing guidance to junior lawyers. Patricia is dedicated to navigating challenging legal issues and is committed to achieving results tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. She appreciates the stress that legal matters can cause and approaches each case with empathy and a client-focused attitude, ensuring that every matter is addressed on its individual merits. Beyond her legal practice, Patricia is a down-to-earth, family-oriented individual and an avid dog lover. She enjoys spending time with her Golden Retriever, Marley, at the dog park. In her leisure time, Patricia likes retail therapy, fine dining, running, cycling, and socialising with family and friends.
