Virginia Beniac-Brooks

Virginia Beniac-Brooks serves as the Principal and Legal Director at Arcadia Intellectual Property Lawyers, bringing over 30 years of experience in intellectual property law. She has previously held partner positions at the attorney firms Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick and Marks & Clerk LLP. Virginia's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of Sydney, where she majored in Biochemistry and Mathematics, and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Deakin University, recognised for her outstanding academic performance on the Dean's Merit List. As a registered Patent Attorney in Australia and New Zealand, and with Trade Marks registration in Australia, she expertly combines her technical knowledge and litigation experience to craft commercially viable IP strategies tailored to client needs across diverse industries and technologies. At Arcadia Intellectual Property Lawyers, Virginia focuses on providing innovative IP solutions both locally and internationally, covering patents, trademarks, designs, and copyright law.
