Maja Jasnic

Maja Jasnic serves as the Principal and Senior Family Lawyer with a distinguished tenure in family law, underpinned by a commitment to achieving amicable resolutions. Her approach is defined by providing calm and common-sense advice, ensuring legal certainty while prioritising dignity and respect during separations. Maja earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia in 2002 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2003. She is also admitted to practise before the High Court of Australia. Her professional affiliations highlight her dedication to the field, including memberships with the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, the Family Law Practitioners Association of WA, Collaborative Professionals WA, and the Law Society of WA. Additionally, she is a legal aid panel member focusing on dispute resolution. Beginning her legal career at Allen & Jasnic Lawyers, Maja spent a decade refining her skills in Rockingham. She then joined Frichot & Frichot Lawyers in Fremantle, where she practiced as a Family Lawyer for over three years. Since March 2019, she has been leading Amicable Family Law, based in Perth, where she continually advocates for constructive and collaborative family law outcomes.
