Tom Adames serves as the Director of our firm, bringing a wealth of expertise in building and construction law. With a profound understanding of both commercial and domestic building disputes, Tom excels in guiding clients through the complexities of building and construction contracts, as well as navigating building regulations and licensing. His commitment to providing sound commercial advice ensures that clients effectively manage risks and achieve their desired outcomes. Tom's legal journey began with a Graduate Diploma in Applied Law, focusing on Commercial Litigation from the College of Law, where he graduated with distinction. He further honed his legal acumen through the Graduate Bar Practice Course in Queensland. His qualifications as a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland underscore his dedication to the legal profession. Currently, Tom is the Director Principal at All Building Law, a boutique firm in Brisbane renowned for its focus on building, construction, and property law. His leadership has been instrumental since February 2018. Prior to this, Tom held significant roles including Principal of Construction & Infrastructure at McInnes Wilson Lawyers and Partner at Gadens, where he served for over a decade. Tom's extensive experience and expertise continue to drive his commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
