Amanda Little is the Principal Solicitor of ALA Law, drawing on over 15 years of experience in Family Law. Recognised for her expertise, she is an Accredited Specialist, Mediator, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, and Collaborative Family Lawyer. As a leading businesswoman in Penrith, Amanda provides insightful legal advice in family law, wills and estates, and care and protection matters. She is an active contributor to the legal and local community, engaging in mentorship, publishing academic work, and speaking at prominent events. As Director of ALA Law, Amanda has led the award-winning firm, which operates throughout NSW with its head office in Western Sydney. The firm boasts a team of Accredited Specialists in Family Law and Senior Lawyers well-versed in wills, estates, and property law. Previously, Amanda served as the Proprietor and principal Mediator at The Mediation Centre in the Greater Sydney Area, showcasing her skills as a qualified Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Her career also includes a decade-long tenure as a lecturer at the University of Western Sydney, alongside roles as a Senior Family Law Solicitor at Mahony Family Lawyers and Rafton Family Lawyers. At Burston, Cole & Mulock Pty Ltd, she managed the Family Law department and its staff, further enriching her comprehensive experience. Amanda began her legal journey as a Solicitor at A R Walmsley & Co, working across family law, wills, estates, probate, and general litigation. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Family Law and a Bachelor of Communication in Advertising from Western Sydney University, complemented by specialised training in Family Dispute Resolution from Bond University.
