Michael Porter

Michael Porter serves as Solicitor and Legal Practitioner Director, having been admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia since 2007. Born in Papua New Guinea and raised in Townsville, Michael relocated to Cairns in 1988. He initially embarked on a successful career in banking before redirecting his focus to law. He earned a Bachelor of Laws from James Cook University, followed by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from QUT. Michael has acquired extensive experience in conveyancing, wills and estates, and property law. His approachable and grounded manner ensures that clients feel supported and confident throughout their legal journey. Michael is committed to delivering clear and effective legal advice, ensuring that each client's needs are met with expertise and understanding.
