Cathy Kiely

Cathy holds an Associate Degree in Law and obtained her Conveyancer’s Licence in 2004. With over 25 years of experience in property law across both Sydney and regional New South Wales, she has developed a strong reputation for her thorough attention to detail and proactive approach to conveyancing matters. Based in Newcastle for the past 15 years, Cathy has built a loyal client base, with the majority of her work arising from repeat instructions and referrals. She is well-equipped to handle a wide range of conveyancing transactions, including the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, subdivisions and off the plan sales, business sales and purchases, retail and commercial leasing, as well as mortgages and refinancing. Cathy is also experienced in managing superannuation fund property purchases and transfers. In addition to her conveyancing practice, Cathy provides valuable assistance with estate planning and probate matters, working closely with Adrian to support clients’ broader legal needs.
