This diverse background has enabled him to provide sound legal advice on complex matters while supporting business growth and strategic decision-making. Nandan’s expertise spans financial services, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation, equipping him with a broad understanding of the commercial landscape. He is committed to delivering practical solutions that align with business objectives and thrive in dynamic environments where his legal knowledge can drive positive outcomes. Outside of his legal career, Nandan enjoys practices such as yoga and meditation, and pursues interests in sustainable agriculture in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, where he trains young bulls to contribute to eco-friendly farming initiatives.
