Matthew Morgan

Matt Morgan is the Principal Solicitor at Z5 Legal, bringing a breadth of experience from both private practice and in-house roles. He combines his legal expertise with a strong foundation in business, underpinned by a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Originally from Sydney, Matt moved to Adelaide in 2018, attracted by the lifestyle and professional opportunities the city offers. Prior to establishing Z5 Legal, he led the Legal, Risk, and Governance team at one of Australia’s fastest-growing companies, where he gained valuable insight into corporate governance and compliance. Matt is an active member of the Law Society of South Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He also contributes to the community as a Non-Executive Director and Board Secretary at Life Education SA, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to delivering preventative health education to children throughout South Australia.
