Marilyn leads the estate planning and estate administration team at Young & Young, bringing over twenty years of dedicated service to the firm. Additionally, Marilyn's career is marked by significant experience in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accident claims and workers' compensation cases. Her extensive skill set enables her to handle a wide range of legal issues with proficiency. Marilyn graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University in 1993 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1995. Originally hailing from the South West farming region, she was determined to return and lend her legal expertise to the local community. Practising in Bunbury, Marilyn has also been a cornerstone of Young & Young’s Collie office for many years.
