Chiho Yoshikoshi

Chiho Yoshikoshi is the founder and Principal Lawyer of Yoshikoshi & Associates, bringing nearly two decades of dedicated experience in immigration law since her admission as a solicitor and barrister of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2004, followed by the High Court of Australia in 2005. Chiho offers comprehensive immigration law services to both Australian and international clients, including corporations establishing operations in Australia and individuals navigating complex visa requirements. Her expertise encompasses advising on compliance with immigration legislation, guiding clients through business, family, and skilled visa options, and representing clients in appeals before the Migration Review Tribunal, Refugee Review Tribunal, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, and the Federal Magistrates Court. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, Sydney, and a Bachelor of Arts from Tsuda University in Tokyo. Fluent in Japanese and currently studying German, Chiho is well-equipped to assist a diverse client base. Chiho is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Migration Institute of Australia, and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Melbourne.
