Ian Dempster is Special Counsel at Wonderley & Hall, leading the firm’s commercial litigation matters. With over 45 years of legal experience, Ian brings a wealth of knowledge gained from operating his own practice in Longreach, followed by his work in Toowoomba. Clients value Ian for his direct and engaging approach, combined with a strategic mindset in managing their legal matters. He is a determined advocate who is committed to protecting and advancing clients’ rights to achieve favourable outcomes. Ian advises on a broad spectrum of disputes, including contract and partnership disagreements, estate-related issues such as wills, trusts and powers of attorney, as well as employment law matters involving unfair dismissal, adverse action claims and employment contracts.
