Rodel Hernandez

Rodel Hernandez is a Senior Solicitor admitted to practice in the Australian Capital Territory since December 2019. Prior to his admission, he completed extensive legal qualifications through the University of Sydney Legal Profession Admission Board. Rodel brings a diverse background to his practice, having previously worked as a criminal, labour, and business lawyer in the Philippines. His experience also includes nearly eight years serving as a mediator and supervisor within the judiciary. Before becoming a Senior Solicitor, Rodel gained valuable experience as a Graduate lawyer in a family law and wills and estate planning firm. He then progressed to the role of Managing Lawyer at a well-established property law firm, where he worked for three years. Rodel is committed to providing tailored legal solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. His thorough understanding of the law and skill in navigating complex legal processes enable him to deliver high-quality representation. Fluent in both English and Filipino, Rodel is able to communicate effectively with a diverse client base, ensuring clarity and comprehension throughout the legal journey.
