Christopher Young

Christopher Young is a Principal at Wilkinson Throsby & Edwards, bringing extensive experience in trusts and estates law since commencing practice with the firm in 2010 and becoming a partner in 2013. Admitted initially in England & Wales in 2004 and later in New South Wales in 2010, Chris offers a comprehensive range of services including wills and estate planning, family provision and disputed estates, probate and estate administration, as well as commercial and property law matters such as leases, mortgages, and business transactions. He also advises on elder law issues including powers of attorney, enduring guardianships and retirement village legislation. Chris is an active member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having contributed as a member of the NSW Branch Committee and as Chair of the STEP Australia Membership Sub-committee.
