Vikas Jain

Vikas Jain is the Director and Principal Solicitor of Wickham Lawyers, recognised as a leading figure in Australian migration law. Admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland, Vikas brings extensive legal expertise across a broad spectrum of Australian law, handling complex disputes and transactions for clients both within Queensland and nationally. Having immigrated to Australia himself, Vikas has a deep understanding of the challenges faced throughout the immigration process. He approaches each case with thorough attention to detail, ensuring all aspects are carefully considered. Vikas regularly represents clients before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and the Federal Court of Australia. With approximately eleven years of legal experience, Vikas previously practised as a Registered Migration Agent, managing his own firm before transitioning to legal practice.
