Will Fuataga is a distinguished Principal at Whyte Just and Moore, renowned for his expertise in commercial litigation and accredited specialisation in the field. His journey from Samoa to Australia in 2000 set the stage for a notable career in law. Educated with a double-degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts, Will majored in International Relations, a field that continues to fascinate him. Nevertheless, it is his passion for law, specifically Dispute Resolution, that consistently drives him. Since 2017, he has been a key member of the Whyte Just and Moore team, dealing with complex legal areas such as insolvency and bankruptcy, and extending his practice to contractual disputes, property disputes, trust disputes, trade practices, and commercial debt recovery.
